As Founder and Managing Director of insider - Applied Behavioral Science, Iris provides the overall direction of the development and delivery of insider's learning programs and consulting services.

She is a psychologist, specialized in Applied Psychology for National Security and in Emotions, Credibility and Deception. She is also a gifted trainer, with a portfolio of more than 2,500 delegates trained in Behavior Detection and Analysis, Investigative Interviewing, Conversation Analysis, Negotiation, Persuasive Communication and Information Elicitation.

As a consultant, Iris is providing services for private and government organizations, being actively involved in helping her clients develop and implement science-based tools and instruments for behavior detection and analysis, investigative interviewing, conversation analysis and interaction strategies.

Apart from consulting and training, Iris shares her knowledge about human behavior appearing as a guest on various tv shows or as a keynote speaker on public events and psychology conferences, and by volunteering as a guest speaker for psychology students interested in the study of human behavior.
